Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your Koka account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.

How do I return the product to Koka within 30days?
1. Call our customer delight team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
2. We will courier you a Koka tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.
3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Koka. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
4. Once your package is ready, just call our customer support team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
5. Once your returned item is received by Koka. your refund or new item will be processed shortly.
